What is the turnaround time on design?
We complete most logo & layout designs within 2-3 days, brochure designs and ad design are a bit more complex so we need 3-5 days for design. We will notify you with an email when your project proof is ready.
What is the turnaround time on printing?
We need 2-3 days for print production following your proof approval. Completed print projects will be shipped immediately following production. We offer free ground shipping on all printing projects over $100, allow 3-5 business days for UPS Ground delivery depending on your location. Next day shipping is available at an extra charge.
What mounting materials do you offer?
Our most popular choice is gatorboard material due to its lightweight and durability. We also offer sintra pvc, and foamcore for projects on a budget.
How are the graphics installed?
Due to the lightweight nature of the materials we use, most mounted graphics are easily installed with adhesive mounting tape or velcro. For larger applications such as our custom menu displays we recommend securing the base of the graphic with brackets for extra support.
Can we give you our own artwork?
Yes if your company already has a graphic it would like to use, you may submit it to us for printing. For optimum resolution we recommend your file to be at least 300dpi. We accept all adobe & microsoft file types .psd, .eps, .pdf, .doc, .ppt, etc.
How do I pay for my project?We use paypal for safe and reliable transactions. Paypal is a trusted payment gateway that allows our clients to pay with any major credit card, or their own personal paypal account. We will always send you a payment notification via email. Our payment address is

Can you rush me a project before its due date?Yes, we can complete certain design projects before your confirmed due date, however we do charge a fee.
